Delivery & Opening

We are open for collections 9:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday, Saturday 10:00 - 4:00.  Closed Sundays & Bank Holidays

Christmas 2025 - Open up to the 24th, then 30th & 31st.  Closed 25th to 29th and the 1st jan. As normal from then.  Happy Christmas all!

Gas Bottles, Smokeless Fuel etc. Usually has a delivery time of less than 2 weeks.

Kiln Dried Firewood can have a waiting list of approximately 2-4 weeks.

Local Delivery covering LE & NG postcodes is included on order totals of £60, £8 delivery charge below this . Our normal delivery days are Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. 

We will be in touch via text or phone when your delivery is available.  Please allow us flexibility to best plan our routes for the day but let us know if you are going to be out at any point.  If needed, you can call the office on the delivery morning to get an approximate time for your delivery, yes we do still deliver when it gets dark.  If you are due a delivery that day we do carry on until all drops are complete even if we have to work late. 

Bulk bag deliveries are craned off to the left side of the vehicle.  We can not drag these bags. 

Barrow bag deliveries are craned off and placed using a sack truck wherever you wish them to be stored.

Coal and Smokeless fuel can be stacked where required or emptied into a bunker.

Gas bottles - please have empty bottles ready to be exchanged.

Do not worry when it snows, our vehicle is fitted with special winter tyres and carry snow socks, chains and grit so we can still deliver to you.

In the busy times deliveries can be outside of business hours.
